1) Why does my bra always rises up my back.

This is because the band of your bra is too big. You will need a smaller band size. But remember, if you go down a band size you will need to go up a cup size. So if you wear a 36F and it rises up your back you will need to change to a 34FF.

2)  I’ve bought a bra from you and it’s not the right size for me, can I change it for a different size?

Yes you can. Providing the tags are still in place and the bra has only been tried on then you can send them back for an alternative size as many times as you like with no extra postage charges from us.

Most people change shape over time, this is particularly true if you have lost or gained weight, had a baby or use a contraceptive pill. Ideally, your bra size should be checked every 6 month and with the new Mish Online self fitting guide you can check your own size and hopefully never have to wear the wrong size again!

Bras need to be fitted to your rib cage to support your boobs particularly when they are large. This means that sometime they will look like they dig in but I the bra isn’t causing any pain then it isn’t too tight.
